Praia Do Pinhão is a relatively smaller beach, quite peaceful and cozy, in contrast to Praia da Batata.
There are relatively few facilities at Pinhão, BUT this enhances its charm. It’s a lovely little beach that will give you rustic Portugese vibes.
BE AWARE: The sand is quite rough and might become hot due to the sunshine. BUT the water is crystal-clear and very good for swimming.

This is a relatively small beach located along the rugged coastline of the Algarve region in southern Portugal.
Two parts of Praia do Pinhão
Pinhão Beach comprises TWO PARTS.
The first part is beneath the stone stairway, featuring a narrow, small strip of sand that is quite limited in size. This section of the beach is particularly vulnerable to tidal changes; during high tide, it is entirely SUBMERGED and disappears from view.
The second part, accessed via a long staircase on the opposite side of the rock formation, is significantly larger than the first.
